WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Job Description:
AEG Petroleum is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our El Reno Warehouse Team. The Warehouse Associate is an essential part of the supply chain, responsible for ensuring that products are moved, stored, and prepared for shipment efficiently and safely. Their main responsibility is to help fulfill logistics by receiving, processing, and storing inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Key responsibilities
● Repackaging: Break down bulk products and repackage them into smaller units according to specific order or customer requirements.
● Inventory control: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories of both bulk and repackaged items to maintain accurate stock records.
● Quality assurance: Inspect products for damage, defects, and accurate labeling during the repackaging process.
● Receiving and stocking: Assist with the unloading of incoming shipments and stock products in the correct warehouse locations.
● Order fulfillment: Assist with picking and filling orders from stock as needed.
● Warehouse organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, ensuring that all inventory is stored neatly and correctly.
● Equipment operation: Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and potentially a forklift, to move bulk and repackaged products.
● System management: Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or similar software to track inventory, process transactions, and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
● High school diploma or GED equivalent.
● Prior experience in a warehouse, inventory, or repackaging role is preferred.
● Experience operating a pallet jack and/or forklift certification is a plus.
● Proficiency with inventory management software or RF scanners is desired.

● Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in counting and repacking.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
● Good communication skills to collaborate with other team members.
